Evernote is a note-taking program that is used to take notes and to create, gather and organize other information. The ‘note’ specified in the name, can relate to a simple piece of text (formatted) an image, such as a photograph, a voice recording or a webpage. Evernote was first released in 2008 and in three years it was being used by over ten million users all over the world. Evernote is available in two versions, a paid and full version, or a trialware version that users can download and use for free with a number of limitations.
